I ordered 2 of these & one was DOA, but Loon Outdoors was very good about replacing it. The replacement still seems a little iffy, but I haven't had time to get out on a stream yet and I've only had it fail to retract once. I expected everything will be fine because they sell a lot of these. I'll update this review once I've actually put it through its paces on the water.
