71 House Medium Roast

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve really been enjoying Irving Farm’s 71 House Medium Roast. It’s a smooth, well-balanced coffee with a rich flavor that isn’t overly bitter or too dark. The notes of milk chocolate and caramel come through nicely, giving it a subtle natural sweetness, while the clementine adds just enough brightness to keep the cup interesting. It’s especially good as an everyday morning coffee—flavorful enough to appreciate on its own, but smooth and approachable enough to drink every day. The roast feels very well balanced from beginning to finish. Definitely one I would purchase again and recommend to anyone who enjoys a classic, smooth medium roast.

For nearly 30 years i start everyday brewing this Perfect, Full Bodied, Smooth and nutty tasting coffee. I enjoy as a drip, French Press and espresso. I have got most friends, work collegues and family hooked on this famous gem of a coffee blend. Great for gifts also! We LOVE Irving Farm!!

This blend is very similar to the blend I used to purchase wholesale when I was an innkeeper. It was a great product for us because it sat in a middle ground that made almost all of our customers happy. What it lacks in distinct/uncommon/surprising (in a good way) flavor notes, it makes up for in consistency and quality. It’s one of my favorite “first cup of the morning” coffees.
