Got It Right Second Time Around
My bed is lovely but it has been a little bit of a bumpy journey. The first bed frame arrived severely damaged so it was taken straight back. I called the CBC that day and they were extremely apologetic. However I was told my replacement bed would take a month to be made - despite being their problem, CBC were not able to ‘fast track’ the making of a replacement. When I was given the next delivery date and told them I was not able to take that slot - I was asked, ‘could you not get a friend or neighbour in to receive the next bed?.’ I was not impressed with this - having had one bed arrive damaged I did not think it was appropriate for me to put the onus of checking the second bed onto a friend or neighbour. Customer service is is a little off kilter, however, the second bed is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.
