Decaf Light

As promised it is a mild blend that is sweet with vanilla and chocolate overtones. A nice option to the dark blend decaf that they provide that I also like.

You have to be kidding me! I purchased so many bags of coffee from different companies and roasters and this one definitely sticks out. If you don't mind using a pour over and know how to bloom the coffee for 40 seconds, you are going to be rewarded. I used an inexpensive $22 Bodum pour over and the results were astonishing. Some would say I brew my coffee on the watery side too. I guess I prefer how people in Norway drink it. It's not strong, but I can drink it all day. Why does it taste so good? It's robust without being bitter. It has a classic coffee taste. There is so much going on with this coffee that you can't help but enjoy each and every sip. So far, I made my best cup of coffee ever with Decaf Light. Delightful.
