Great albeit shallow fitted sheet

The product seems great overall. It shed a ton upon first wash but don’t take that as a sign of poor quality. I’m minority disappointed by how poorly the fitted sheet hugs my mattress. It is fairly loose after sleeping on it after only one night. Why are they designed for such shallow mattresses?!?

I waited a month and a half for these sheets even though they were not labeled as “back ordered.” When they finally came I went to put them on my bed only to find that the fitted sheet was queen sized. The flat sheet and pillow cases were king sized, like my bed. I had to send the sheets back, which the website provided a return label, but now I am still waiting for sheets again and it’s already been a couple weeks and I still have not been notified that they have even shipped yet. They were nice and gave me a store credit of $20 but let’s be honest, this website is really expensive and $20 doesn’t get you a lot. For such expensive sheets, you would think that orders were being triple or at least double checked before they were sent out. I did love the feel of the sheets as I was taking them out of the package, but unfortunately never got to sleep in them. I am assuming I’m going to have to wait another month and a half to get my sheets again, and hopefully the right size gets sent.

Great sheets, Poor service

This is my second set of linen sheets from The Citizenry, and I love them. They are heavier and softer than some I’ve purchased from other places. However, the communication and service on this order was really poor. I knew when I purchased in June that the sheets wouldn’t ship until July. When mid August came and I’d had no communication about my order I contacted customer service, who assured me my sheets would be shipped early the following week. 10 days went by with no communication and no sheets, so I contacted customer service for status and got no reply. My sheets finally showed up, but I am really underwhelmed by the service and communication regarding my order.
