Odd smell

I have used this eye cream for years, but my recent order has an off-putting smell--almost rancid. I've sent two emails to GK about a refund, but have had no reply. The website says refunds are available, but nowhere could I find instructions on how to get one. GK has lost a long-time customer.

Ultra rich—there is no other eye cream like this. It’s the best. Also good on the neck or on dry spots.

A little goes a long way, which makes me feel like I get a lot of value for my money. I put a small dab of cream under each eye and gently dab it in. It goes on smoothly, absorbs into my skin easily, and feels very hydrating.
