It soothes the sensitive skin around my eyes and mouth nightly. First I apply my serums and moisturizer. This serves to seal it all in. It melts into the skin but will not disappear or evaporate completely. A little bit goes a very long way. There is no perfumey smell. The glass jar is sturdy and travels well. Feels Amazing
