One Step Paint | Java

This is the first time using this paint. I really liked the way it went on and the finish. I’m excited to use the other colors. I didn’t get a picture of the bookcase I painted before it sold!

The color was perfect and it took 2 coats for the shelving unit which I expected

Staining a CMC appliqué absorbed way too much water based Walnut gel stain making the grain lift and inconsistent so I went back over with Java OS and then hit it w Walnut gel! Added Black OS. So if you want a wood look peeking through paint instead just leaving the real stained wood show through then Java is a great choice and I like it even better than the real wood and can control what I want to see.
