Dark and rich without bitterness
A friend has been recommending La Columbe Coffee for years and I finally placed an order. I was completely satisfied with the coffee which I just tasted for the first time, having done a stainless steel drip preparation. My usual coffee is also very good, so La Columbe wasn't a shoe-in, but I can report back to my friend that it is indeed excellent coffee.

Good coffee, Great memories
Still love our favorite coffee on the weekends. We came across it during our stay at the Tribeca Grand hotel for my Niece's wedding. My wife and I had our first cup on the first morning there and it is a wonderful memory. It was the best coffee we had tested and made our stay memorable. It was so good, I had to track down the source on the hotel's website.

Waldorf worthy?
ChatGPT tells me this is likely what the Chicago Waldorf Astoria serves, and if it’s not then it is very close. It’s a great coffee.
