Love essential minerals!

I have been taking essential minerals for approximately 4 months and absolutely see and feel a difference. The capsules contain minerals we all need; don’t get enough with food intake alone. I believe it absorbs well as instructed to take at bedtime. I will definitely continue taking!

Good Blend

Good blend of minerals and trace minerals, without being a mega dose. I like the betaine hydrochloride for digestion. I take 2 after a meal. I actually ordered a second bottle, think they work well.
