BOSU® Elite

Loving the stiffer feel and feedback to help my clients succeed clinically! I’ve definitely had some fun testing its limits during after hours workouts, which has surprisingly been really reinvigorating my love for the BOSU! The ELITE version will be my preferred style moving forward, as it as the ability to give back more force and feedback in a way that just has to be experienced to understand the full benefits! So useful in so many ways!!!

Great home exercise tool I use for squats, step ups, bridges, sit ups, and planks among so many other great body exercises. Quality made, easy to stand on due to surface material and slight contours. Glad to have such s great tool to use at home and I take on RV trips.

Love it, but would like some beginner exercises for it!
