It was not frozen or even cold by the time it arrived- I called, shipping manager was supposed to call me back, never did. They told me today to file a claim with USPS- no apology, no offer to replace or refund. I’d like to give zero stars

Did not receive frozen and one bag was not sealed

We love out chili but it took 2 weeks from the date we paid before it was sent out. When we called did not get a response from the vendor at all. Not sure if ai will use this company again but we shall see.
