I *LOVE* your erasers but …

I have tried twice now through your website to let you know about a problem with my most recent order and I have yet to receive a response, despite your site saying I’d be contacted within one business day. The attached images are of the envelope in which I received a box of pencils and supposedly THREE packs of grey erasers; we received two of the ordered three. Trust me, we searched all around the mailbox and the path between the mailbox and our house. The missing pack of erasers was not found. They aren’t particularly expensive. The money doesn’t bother me. Frankly I’m more bothered by being ignored when using your provided feedback/customer service online form. I look forward to hearing from you.

Green Blackwing Replacement Erasers

I love the color and how easy it is to switch them out. However, I have the natural Blackwing pencils and maybe this is my mistake for not being compatible but the green erasers do not have a skinnier edge that goes into the pencil. So I had to kinda shove it in which ended up scraping the sides of the eraser off. The eraser that came with the natural pencil had a skinnier side so it slid in nicely.
