Beautiful beans, roasted perfectly. Work so well both as pullet espresso and in the pour over (Bloom). Mmm...

We really like this coffee! We have been looking for a source for light roast for many years and tried many different vendors. I think we finally found The One with Happy Goat. Excellent freshly roasted aroma and richness of flavor that we have been missing in all other coffees we tried, we have in this Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. The price is good too and free shipping! We are in coffee heaven!
