So far I am happy that I ordered the package. I was looking for a "threader." It threads the floss (that has hard ends and a soft middle) through the bottom of the implant. I haven't been able to find one yet. The brushes are doing a great job so prayerfully, I'm cleaning the surface of my gums and the sides of the implants.
