Fantastic Customer Service! This has been my “go to” eyeliner for almost a decade. Goes on easily, stays on, and is blackest black. ***To those who experienced the product drying out quickly or came as dry - RETURN/EXCHANGE IT & request a different Lot#. I’ve experienced the eyeliner drying out quickly, and it was consistent in same Lot#. Vendor exchanged eyeliner for different Lot# and returned entire Lot to Seller.***
