Infinity Necklace

My Infinity Necklace is so beautiful! I absolutely love it! I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this jewelry. The quality is great and I would definitely purchase more for gifts for the holidays!

I purchased mine as a Christmas present and when it arrived it was missing 2 stones. Customer service was wonderful and assisted in my return and I had a replacement in less than a week. It is beautiful and I know my daughter will love it on Christmas morning.

I sent an email requesting return instructions. I do not like leaving negative reviews. I am a positive person and love being able to praise excellence, but I simply cannot do that here. I receive emails asking for my review, so I finally will. I am very disappointed in the infinity necklace in gold. The quality, the length, the fact that the tile flips over and it's difficult to latch. The chain is lesser quality and the fastening is too difficult and then it hangs turned over, no matter how or where it's fastened. The whole this is so lightweight and very cheap cosmetic materials. I'm sorry to be negative. I was really looking forward to it and am so sad it doesn't work for me.
