Disappointed

After the arrival date & time changed a couple of times, should consider changing delivery to UPS or similar. When I opened package, picture looked flat & dull compared to what I expected. I'm sure it will get a few laughs. Have you considered "preserving" the spud somehow? Freeze dried, Saran wrap, etc. It looks like a very short shelf life for the product sold.

Not as Cool as I Hoped

The potato was sent to the wrong address. The potato was smaller than I expected. The potato was damp so the photo was coming off. Customer service did not reply when I asked for a refund. I am very dissatisfied with the process.

Poor Communication

I had an issue where I had two separate orders for potatoes. One had a message on it, and the other had an image on it. The issue I was trying to resolve was that I wanted to cancel the order with the potato that had a message on it, and the other order with the image on the potato I wanted to change the shipping address. I tried to reach out to the company via email several times (phone call is not an option), but no one ever got back to me to fix this. So the issues were left unresolved. Overall, I was not happy with how this was handled, and I will not be using this company again. There needs to better communication and an option to where I can call someone and not have my emails ignored.
