The zip asym was a huge improvement IMHO over normal hammock camping. Was very spacious and comfortable and was flat all night. I was in very windy conditions and the tie downs kept the hammock from swaying and the sides from hugging my shoulders too much.

Great Hammock
My son bought this Deluxe Explorer after he out-grew the scout. He is 5’9.5” but is still growing so we went with the deluxe. I have the Expedition, and this deluxe has quite a bit more room, length wise of course but also feels more roomy to the cable that is about your head! If you tend to feel a bit claustrophobic I recommend this hammock!

Haven’t tried yet. But am excited to do so. Packing was nice. Was able to pre set up with ease. Attached rainfly and snakeskins and repacked in stuff sack just a bit more snug than factory packed.
