I've got a couple other hammocks, but this is the first legit camping setup I've owned. I've only spent 2 nights in it so far, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The insulation pad, along with a "underquilt" I made out of a poncho liner kept me comfortable at 42 degrees. I can't wait until my next hammock camp in a couple weeks! I went with the larger tarp option and I'm glad I did, I like the extra coverage.

No other hammock for me
Many moons ago, I met Tom at Trail Days in Damascus, Virginia. A very animated conversation about staying out of the elements underneath the ASYM tarp ensued. I walked away from that experience with 2 Deep Jungle XL's. We never looked back. Though we own a half dozen other hammocks, the Deep Jungle is my nightly sleeper at home and has been for years. It is also the only hammock I bring on overnights. It has never failed me. I looked at a lot of other hammocks when it came time to replace mine but ended up buying Hennessy again. Thanks for making my wilderness (and home sleeping) experience all it can be.
