Chocolate Shakes

Normally not a fan of shakes!

First time using it was yesterday and it did not disappoint! I am usually not a fan of shakes because they have an after taste or are chalky. This one did not have an aftertaste, it is actually delicious chocolate and is not chalky. As I said, first time was yesterday so I am hoping I dont get sick of drinking them. Great way to get my protein for sure!

I've used Ka'Chava chocolate for about a week now and it's delicious! I've also blended it with ice for more of a milkshake consistency, and also added chocolate protein powder for a stronger chocolate flavor. Even added peanut butter powder! Completely versatile. Very filling, too, which was my primary concern. I haven't noticed an increase in energy yet, but it's early. Also want to note that it's well-priced for the number of servings a bag contains.

I start my day with a chocolate shake. Sometimes I will add avocado and sometimes peanut butter and chia seeds. No matter what- I can’t begin my day without :)
