Cathedral Cotton Blanket

Cathedral blanket

The blanket is beautiful quality basic white blanket, with a pattern, it's the perfect weight for spring, summer and early fall. The quality is excellent, well made, all cotton, so it takes almost 2 cycles to dry, at least for my gas dryer. A second blanket will be ordered for the guest room.

Great blanket

Pros.: Love the length of the blanket, stays tucked in at the end of the bed and has a generous amount of hangover on each side. No shrinkage with washing. Cons: Blanket texture is a little rough hoping with time it will soften. The edging of the blanket is folded over and stitched which is a little bulky. I think I would have ordered white instead of natural.

Old-Fashioned Quality

I've been dissatisfied with the other brand blankets I've purchased in recent years. I will be replacing them all now with Bates Mill blankets. The even weave, the cotton touch, and the perfect weight is exactly right.
