Smoker arrived as early as promised. No problem curing it for use with my existing smoker. Very happy camper!

Mark, Im very impressed! The vortex arrived quickly and packaged very well. I burned it in right away in my bronco pro. Probes in the center and outer edge of the grate showed a variance of 8 to 11 degrees for 3.5 hours at 300°F. Thats exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Doing a couple beef plates tomorrow .
