Outstanding Customer Service from fix-it sticks I broke off this #10 out on the range and called Customer Service the next day and they sent it in the US mail free of charge to replace the broken one

This is the 2nd fix it stick brand 1/16 that has broken with light usage and I’d expect for the price of the product to be higher quality and not cheap feeling as this . I replaced it with a Milwaukee 1/16 bit and put it under a lot
