Yogurt Starter - Powder

I use a teaspoon with 1/2 gallon of Eden Foods' original soy milk to make a nice yogurt. I also use a little less than 1/4 teaspoon, along with a couple other probiotics, to ferment about 2 cups of steel cut oats in maybe a little more than 3 cups of water in which a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of honey have been dissolved, having let the salted water off-gas for a day before adding the honey and probiotics. After fermenting for about a day, the quart jar in which it is done is quite full.

We have been using Natren's Yogurt Starter for over a year and love how it makes yogurt. Natren's starter has all of the essential bacteria required for the best gut health and when added to organic A2/A2 grass-fed milk produces thick and creamy yogurt which not only tastes great (i.e. no sour taste) but is great for you!
