Evolution S3® Neck Pillow

Despite the marketing claims, it was really easy for my head to fall forward. The pillow prevented nothing. The connector at the front is easy to open by hand, but does not break away with force. That means that if you have the pillow strapped to your seat and there's a sudden movement pushing you forward, your neck will bear all the force against the cord. No thank you! I requested a return from the return center on the Cabeau website, and ended up in a loop of useless AI responses, sending me to pages that don't exist and telling me to wait a moment for an agent to reply. A human finally replied 3 days later.

Brilliant pillow, the very best. I used it on a very long flight to columbia and it was supportive and comfortable throughout It is also super easy to fold and the carry pouch is very comfortable. Best money I spent

Pretty good! I’ve only used it once. I’m 6’4”, so it’s difficult for me to get comfortable in an airplane seat. However, with the use of this pillow, I was able to get some sleep on a flight to Iceland. That is a first.
