The Akari 45A is a smaller model in the A series of globes that Isamu Noguchi designed. Among the first forms of Akari light sculptures that he created, the A series of globes features mulberry bark washi paper, tight, evenly-spaced bamboo ribbing (higo), and a spherical shape.
