The Akari 1AD is a patterned variation of the Akari 1A, one of Isamu Noguchi’s first designs for Akari light sculptures. It features black screenprinted mulberry bark washi paper and tight, evenly-spaced bamboo ribbing, with a rounded form set on three metal legs.
