The Akari 21A is among the first Akari light sculptures designed by Isamu Noguchi, and the middle size within a set of three related models, which includes the 15A and 26A. It features mulberry bark washi paper, tight, evenly-spaced bamboo ribbing, and a saucer-like form with a defined center curve.

Incredible, one of my favorite things ever. I had never seen a Noguchi light in person before, and it’s hard to describe how beautiful it is. Worth every penny.

Only Akari dealer in the US. Love working with the Noguchi Museum. The 21A is even better in person. Glad I purchased 2.
