This coffee is very good, but LaColombe's quality of service has slipped over the years. I have been a subscriber for >10 years now. Communication with customers and even the way this product is received...sometimes vacuum packed and sometimes not.

Email communication has been easy and efficient, skipping months that we do not need has been easy, the beans show up quickly after we are charged, and the quality of package and beans is always top notch. Can't recommend more!
