I found my new everyday go to espresso bean!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the Pink Lady coffee! It has been amazing. I’ve been through many light roasts and have been unsuccessful in getting the same flavor as I experienced in cafes. What helped me the most, and the reason I took a chance in ordering your coffee, is because you included brewing recommendations. Trying to dial in a new bean is time consuming. It took me very few tries to get my machine dialed in to match your recommendations and the flavor of your beans is amazing! Thank you! I am going to subscribe and Pink Lady is my new everyday espresso bean!

Delicate and Tea Like

Used in an auto drip, Pink Lady ended up being more delicate and tea like, something I'm unaccustomed to. It was definitely floral and bright. The beans ground up exquisitely, with light chaff and fines. As an espresso, it shined a bit more, when dialed in. I likely won't be purchasing Pink Lady again.

Usually good not this time sadly

Usually pink lady is the distinct flavor profile I LOVE. This batch didn’t taste anything like usual pink lady. Very discouraging I hope you guys didn’t change the flavor of it
