QFlex Trigger Point Hook

I had high hopes for the Qflex. It seemed like exactly what I needed to release knotted muscles in my back and neck. Maybe there’s a learning curve, but I find I difficult to place it in such a way that I get pressure where I want it. And when I do get the right spot, the hook can be a little too flexible, resulting in less pressure. It is worth noting that this only applies pressure to a specific points. If you are looking for massage, this is not it.

Wonderful product and it gets all those hard to reach knots in your back!

Amazing product

This is amazing! I had the worse neck and shoulder pain and muscle knots. After working the knots for 2 days with the Qflex, I'm "knot free" and feeling 100% better. Best $$ I've spent in a very long time. Thanks for delivering a product that actually helps!
