I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Itzy Ritzy. I ordered a gift as soon as I received an invitation to a baby shower. Just a few days later, I learned that the parents had tragically lost their baby. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation and requested assistance with returning the unused item. While I understand that return policies exist, I was shocked that the company refused to cover the cost of return shipping, even after I explained the circumstances. A little compassion and understanding would have gone a long way during such a heartbreaking situation. Customer service isn’t just about enforcing policies; it’s also about showing empathy when unexpected tragedies occur. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
