The plants arrived in great condition and have easily adapted to life in my 20 long tank. My Platties love swimming around them. Thanks!

Great Previous Order
This is a last ditch effort to see if anyone will reach out to me regarding order #28710 placed in April. You shipped my order in a timely manner and it showed that it was out for delivery on April 18. After repeated delays by the carrier, it was delivered April 28 brown, melty, and dead. I asked for advice as to what to do. I would really be happy with replacement plants. But after sending pictures as requested, I have had zero response from MarcusFishTanks. This is super disappointing as I have ordered from you before and was super happy with the beautiful plants. I think I would have been super happy with this order as well, if not for the post office’s delay. I really want to continue to order plants from you, but I obviously can’t if ghosted. Please let me know if you are willing to help with this older order. I was able to salvage two of the plants (small crypts I believe) and the root tabs were of course fine. Everything else was a brown mess. Please please respond. I would like to replace some of those plants and place new orders.

melted immediately
one of them came already melted but i planted them all anyway in an established planted tank with soil capped with a little sand. planted deepish so it touched the soil. melted and died within 24hrs 🥲 i usually have great success with plants from y’all but this time i was really disappointed. i still have them in my tank hoping they will come back but so far no luck.
