I have been using Dash Insoles for 2 years . The regular dash insoles are my favorite, but I decided to try its shorth version and I love it , it gives me the support my flat feet need. Just make sure it is in the right place before and during you are putting your shoes on .

Special need

I need extra arch lift support due to a ruptured posterior tibial tendon, the tendon that natively stirrups the foot arch. Slipping the highest arch offered by Tread Labs under my existing insole gives sufficient support that I can ambulate with comfort and maintain healthy foot geometry. Excellent find. I’m using them now with Hoka Bondi and getting great comfort!
