Horrible customer support. I requested a cancellation immediately after placing the order because it was an accidental purchase. I waited three days without a single response, only to find out that they had shipped the order anyway.
I understand that businesses can get busy, but completely ignoring a customer’s cancellation request for three days and then shipping the order is unacceptable. This is exactly why I avoid buying products from social media ads, but I guess I made the mistake of trusting one again.
The product itself is just okay, but absolutely not worth the price. You can find much better alternatives on Amazon for less.
I definitely do not recommend buying from this company.
