CloudLoft™ Pillow

Product lives up to the hype. It's a extremely cool and comfortable pillow. Personally, it could use just a slight bit more internal foam, but overall a pleasant sleeping experience. Best pillow I have used to date.

It is as comfortable as advertised. I use it most nights when I am not using your other pillow that I purchased. Both are great as I love cool pillows especially yours.

Should never have changed the cloud loft pillow

repeat customer here. I ordered the cloud lofts pillows again after a year to refresh and so disappointed.. much cheaper quality and you called it the improved 2.0. I call it don’t change what’s not broken. It has major creases which unless it’s smooth I can’t use them. Much thinner, and flatter. While this may be ok with some and many will love it but as a repeat customer I have something to compare it too. I have praised this pillow to friends and family but now I’m done. I probably write 2 or 3 reviews a year as I think they are a waste of time and company’s do nothing about the bad ones but when I feel strongly about a product gone wrong I feel the need to say something. You chose profits over quality. On a good note your shipping was excellent which is why I gave it a 2 star so Thank you.
