Very good quality/comfort. I bought both a M and a S because my neck measurement matched with a Small according to the size chart, but I was worried that my swelling would need one size larger. THE CORRECT SIZE (EVEN WITH MUCH SWELLING) WAS THE SMALL, AS DICTATED BY THE SIZE CHART. The Medium was too large around the face opening. There is one design flaw where the rough Velcro pad faces your neck, so you have to put a little piece of gauze or something against it in order to avoid feeling the scratchy pad against the back of your neck. Other than that, the mask is excellent and fits the face very well. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy, similar to balet stockings. Been wearing the mask for one week - has not caused any itching or irritation. breathes very well. Better comfort than to be expected!
