Only needed a small amount for a lovely mug of tea. It has a notable vanilla taste, and I could distinguish the cinnamon at times. No need for added sweetness like honey. I like to add some organic oat or soya milk to my teas.

This is absolutely the BEST tea. Its like a gentle hug inside and out. No caffeine. And smells as good as it tastes.
