Cooling works. It's a very firm pillow, bit that works for me. Low profile, but I have narrow shoulders so I find it positions my neck well.

I had a Titan when I was single, but it was a Queen. This was to replace a cheap King size mattress. After the first night, I woke up feeling like I had a decent sleep. I suffer from chronic back & hip issues, and the firmness of the Titan really does provide more comfort than most "out-of-a-box" mattresses. And the cooling pillow is a must-have!
