Original Beef Jerky

Great jerky and perfect package size.

1 of the better beef jerky products available. Its a perfect camping snack or meal if you are needing to be on the move while walking. The package size (8oz) is just right. Their reward program could use a refresh. I have taken M&S on my route 66 and PCH trips.

Your jerky has a great taste, it has a great texture, the portions are a fair value. Shipping and packaging was timely and good. The only issue I have, is that if the jerky is not consumed within a few days it is recommended to refrigerate. I will continue to purchase your jerky, but wish it was processed so you could enjoy the pleasure of good jerky with a longer shelf life after opening. Or a process that never requires refrigeration. I grew up on my Grandpa’s jerky, he used a dry smoke process that wasn’t as moist as yours, but you could wrap in a cloth and carry in your jacket pocket for months without refrigeration. The taste, but not the texture was comparable to yours.

Purchased original several times before.

I have purcha the "original" several times. I have to say that the thickness, texture and flavor varies. This latest batch was a bit sweeter that the last two I purchased. I tend to like mine a bit dryer and less sweet. I understand you make many batches but understand there might be differences in making it.
