A good sharp bench scraper with a solid construction. Good for dividing dough and keeping the work surface clean.

Easy to use with very clean cuts - less faff than using a knife

Not a lot to say is there, it's a scraper and it scrapes. That said, can't make a decent pizza without one of these gizmos, and this one does the job perfectly.
