Reversible Weighted Blanket

The blanket is everything as advertised. It has cooling effects on the bamboo side, and warmth from the mink side. I feel weighted blankets have an effective success rate that borders on some: highly effective, some: moderately effective, others: negative experience during sleep. I land in the last camp. I’m sure this is useful therapy for some sleepers. It just doesn’t work for me at all. It felt too constrictive and binding. I work out 1.5 to 2 hours a day. Going to sleep with this blanket made me feel exhausted and tired next day.

Thoroughly happy with my purchase. I sleep hot and I do not sweat with this. Well made. My only critique is it's a tad short for a 6' tall person.

This is probably one of my new favorite things. I feel so relaxed using it!! It is very easy to clean and the reversible feature is great for when it gets too hot!
