Great product!
Use these for all my long runs/races. Great to just drop in my water bottles, shake, and go. Taste is great, and keeps me hydrated with the extra electrolytes! I also supplement with the electrolyte tablets for harder efforts in the heat.

All Day, Every Day, All Summer
My GU Tabs are next to my water bottle all Summer. They help me hydrate more, and to keep my levels topped up. It's not enough to fill bottles for Cycling / Running / Hiking. Gotta stay fully topped up all day.

Love them
I never ride without them! Sometimes I even use them when I’m not working out and it’s hot (I live in AZ). They help when I’m feeling a headache coming on or a little dehydrated. Best flavor: Strawberry Lemonade!
