Ignition has helped me tremendously with my post workout recovery. I love that it dissolves easily and doesn’t have a flavor so it mixes great with my favorite phormula 1 protein powder.

I’ve been using First Phorm Ignition and honestly really like it. It mixes easily and doesn’t leave a weird taste or gritty feeling like some other products I’ve tried. I feel like it helps me recover better after hard workouts and keeps me feeling good going into the next day.

I've been using this together with Phormula-1 for both pre and post workout shakes. It definitely helps out with recovery and doesn't diminish the flavor of the Phormula-1 mix.
