Micronized Creatine Monohydrate

Non-negotiable

I never would have thought that this one would be a non-negotiable for me, but I will never look back! I love that it goes to work right away in the post-workout setting, so I can come back the next day, ready to push again! I have noticed so many benefits from this product and cannot recommend it enough.

The only reason it’s not a 5 Star…

I love this creatine! And the only reasons it’s not a 5 out of 5 was because I didn’t get my hand written note from them. It’s one of my favorite parts of ordering from 1st Phorm. We don’t write to each other anymore so as silly as it sounds, the handwritten notes were almost like a letter from home. Yes you can call me a drama llama over a silly handwritten note, but it just made it a basic experience. 1st Phorm, hire a team of handwritten note writers for your business. Dont stop doing what made me love the company to begin with! Tiff

Creatine & coffee

My morning coffee is like a giant health drink! It’s got protein, collagen, COQ10, glutamine, & this powerhouse creatine!! I love how it blends in so smoothly & seamlessly & you would never know it’s there! No weird texture or flavor!
