Braclet broke fast but got a replacement great customer service and the chain and braclet are very shiney

Customer service is great. The chain itself is nice, the problem is the clasp. It just looks bad and the rings that hold the clasp onto the chain are bad and after about two weeks of daily use they are already separating. So my guess is they will fail sooner rather than later.
