The book contained much that I knew from my own reading. The challenge with Spies is to find more to say, especially as it is an A level text. I wonder if more on post-modernism and a philosophical interpretation would have been useful.

Wonderful little guide, easy to use and understand , which has helped my grade 12 daughter successfully complete her English Literature credit with very high marks.
