I was impressed with the packaging. Box came pretty banged up but no damage to the bed. Not hard to put together took me about an hour. Sturdy and well built.

Love the bunk bed! It did take us 5 hours to assemble but it is solid and sturdy. Had a small issue, customer service was excellent!!!

Beautiful bed, easy to put together. However the slats are super far apart, so are almost ineffective -- we had to buy additional pieces (Bunkie boards) to support the mattresses.
