Shipping was lightning fast! I haven't actually tried the product yet, I bought it as part of an emergency kit. Living in The Pacific Northwest West, we're constantly told to plan for "the big one" that is the cascadia subduction earthquake we're due for. I'm very thankful to have found gluten free freeze dried food for my emergency preparedness. I am quite curious how it tastes, however I've no plans to try it anytime soon. 30 year shelf life is amazing!
